Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and ensure accurate accounting and GST compliance. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth across online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Product research, selection, and listing optimization.

- Advertising campaign management across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

- Growth Revenue multifold

- Order processing, packaging, dispatch, and courier coordination.

- Returns management and customer service resolution.

- Inventory tracking and demand forecasting.

- Daily bookkeeping, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

- GST filing and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Preparation of MIS reports and profitability analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and accounting.

- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.

- Strong knowledge of GST filing and accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books).

- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.

- Self Motivated, individual and team performer
