The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day ecommerce operations, product listings, order coordination, inventory updates, account health, marketplace promotions, and overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other ecommerce marketplace accounts.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with proper titles, images, descriptions, keywords, and pricing.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries.
Maintain account health, seller ratings, performance metrics, and marketplace compliance.
Track inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Plan and manage marketplace offers, deals, ads, and promotions.
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve sales.
Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, courier, and internal team for smooth order processing.
Handle product uploads, pricing changes, stock changes, and catalog issues.
Resolve marketplace tickets and follow up with Amazon/Flipkart support teams.
Keep track of competitor pricing, product trends, and category performance.
Required Skills
Experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, order processing, and marketplace dashboards.
Basic understanding of ecommerce ads, promotions, and sales reports.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks responsibly.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in ecommerce account management.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Knowledge of advertising campaigns on Amazon/Flipkart will be a plus.
