Job Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Myntra.

• Create and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.

• Upload new products and maintain catalog accuracy.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.

• Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.

• Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

• Monitor account health and ensure marketplace compliance.

• Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase sales.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

• Work on improving product visibility and conversion rates.

Required Skills

• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Partner Portal.

• Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.

• Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

• Understanding of marketplace advertising is an advantage.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or retail.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
