E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and grow our online business across Shopify, social media, and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative, and comfortable managing day-to-day e-commerce and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management

Manage and update the Shopify website.

Add and manage products, collections, pricing, offers, banners, and content.

Make basic HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid changes.

Improve website layout, user experience, and conversion rate.

Manage Shopify apps and integrations.

Meta Ads

Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

Set up campaigns, audiences, retargeting, and conversion ads.

Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and overall performance.

Test different creatives, audiences, and campaigns.

Optimize campaigns based on performance and sales.

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Plan and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

Write captions and coordinate with designers/content creators.

Track social media performance and improve engagement.

Stay updated with current social media trends.

Marketing & E-commerce

Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.

Conduct competitor and market research.

Identify opportunities to increase website traffic and sales.

Monitor customer behavior and improve the online shopping experience.

Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.

Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid.

Good understanding of e-commerce metrics and conversion optimization.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Experience with fashion/apparel e-commerce will be preferred.

Good to Have

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or other marketplaces.

Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Canva/Photoshop skills.

Experience with AI tools for content and product creatives.

Basic SEO knowledge.
