Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations, especially Amazon Seller Central. The candidate will handle product listings, SAFE-T claims, order coordination, and overall account management to ensure smooth and profitable online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Manage Amazon Seller Central (orders, inventory, pricing, account health).
Handle SAFE-T claims, returns, and reimbursement follow-ups.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and technical teams.
Monitor sales performance and competitor pricing.
Respond to customer queries and manage reviews.
