Retail Compliance Adhere to all retail channel rules and protocols. Wear approved uniform and maintain high grooming standards at all times. Follow security and access guidelines strictly Ensure demo setup does not obstruct aisles or customer flow. 4. Merchandising & Asset Maintenance Maintain assigned display, fixtures, and branding in perfect condition. Ensure correct price tags, offers, and communication are visible. Report damaged or missing assets immediately. Support VM compliance as per planogram 5. Coordination with Store Staff Build positive working relationships with store sales staff and supervisors. Coordinate customer handover smoothly where store billing is involved. Avoid conflicts related to sales crediting and responsibilities. 6. Inventory & Stock Discipline Track demo stock and selling stock separately. Ensure adequate stock availability on the floor. Inform supervisor immediately in case of low stock or discrepancies. Prevent product mishandling or misuse. 7. Reporting & Feedback Submit daily sales and demo reports accurately and on time. Share consumer feedback, objections, and competitor activity. Report operational issues or incidents promptly. 8. Brand Representation Act as the face of the brand at the point of sale. Communicate in a courteous, confident, and professional manner.
