We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is curious, detail-oriented and proactive - someone who doesn’t wait to be told there’s a problem before trying to solve it.
What you’ll work on:
• Analyse the customer journey — from browsing to checkout — and identify where and why customers drop off
• Use basic data, heatmaps and analytics to understand what’s working and what isn’t
• Identify issues and take them through to resolution with the relevant teams
• Handle basic SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, broken links and on-page optimisation
• Research competitors and customer behaviour to identify relevant opportunities for AstroKapoor
• Work closely with Design, Content and Analytics teams to turn insights into tangible website improvements
• Assist with product photography when required, ensuring products are presented accurately and attractively
What matters more is strong fundamentals, a willingness to learn, attention to detail and ownership of the final outcome.
