JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead Generation & Outreach
Work on given databases and research new leads using LinkedIn and Google.
Identify decision-makers and collect relevant contact details.
Send outreach messages through LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls/appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Google Sheets.
Social Media Support
Assist in posting and scheduling content on LinkedIn / Instagram.
Reply to DMs, comments, and engage with communities.
Research trending content ideas and competitor pages.
Coordinate with the design team for creatives when needed.
Research & Reporting
Track weekly outreach performance and engagement results.
Research industry updates and suggest new content/lead ideas.
Requirements
Prior experience in B2B outreach and LinkedIn-based lead generation is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable engaging with founders, decision-makers, and professionals in a confident and respectful manner.
Self-driven and result-oriented, with consistency in follow-ups and task execution.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership and work independently, rather than someone who requires ongoing training.
