Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive/Social Media Executive
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Work Timings: US Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team at Meds Talent LLC. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, and campaign execution, with a strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and audience engagement. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with analytics and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Management
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with branding and marketing objectives.
Write compelling captions, creatives, and campaign copies to improve engagement and reach.
Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to maintain brand presence and responsiveness.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on lead generation, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Creative Design & Branding
Design marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns.
Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for hiring and branding initiatives.
AI Tools & Automation (Preferred)
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, ad copy, and productivity enhancement.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing tools and trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze campaign data and social media insights to improve performance and engagement.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and copies to maximize results.
Identify growth opportunities through data-backed strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management tools.
Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a US-based shift environment.
