Primary Responsibilities:
1. To execute business expansion strategy.
2. To maintain service quality.
3. To maintain healthy relationship with Company Client.
4. To visit company sites regularly.
5. To maintain cordial relationship with company vendors.
7. To maintaining MIS and Operational Trackers for management reporting.
8. To maintain confidentiality.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLA’s & KPI’s for outsourced agencies towards effective service deliverance.
2. Assist Company Client in creating the annual budget for site operations and formulating strategies for effective management.
3. To ensure that a complaint management process is in place and is followed meticulously at site level.
4. Coordination with the Admin manager to effectively resolve and communicate the issues.
5. Communicating and circulating information to occupants’ authorities on operational complications.
6. Resolving emergency maintenance matters with urgency.
Other Responsibilities:
1. To handle Vendors diligently
2. To maintaining Vendors List/ File.
3. To verify the service quality of all society vendors based on SLA’s and inform observations for taking preventive/ corrective action whenever needed.
4. To escalating matter to management, if not resolved within stipulated time frame, due to external reasons.
5. To arrange quotations for required services at client site.
6. Drafting and assisting the Company Client in issuing Circulars, Notices and Other correspondences.
7. Assist and follow with the Legal Advisor for matters related to society.
8. Interact with the Property Management Manager and Accounts Team to include in the Agenda the Discussion points.
9. Attend the meetings for any on the spot information requirements and to note down the discussion points.
10. Updating records for issuing of Share Certificate to its members.
11. To maintain all the Records of the Society as per Bye-Laws, Society’s Rules and Regulations and also to maintain all statutory registers such as Share Transfer Register, “I” Register, “J’ Register, Nomination Register, Sinking Fund Register, Property register, Fixed Assets Register etc.
12. To support the issuance of NOCs for passport / ration card / Aadhar Card etc.
13. Brand promotion & meeting New Clients – Business expansion.
14. Scheduling client meeting for business expansion.
15. Explaining the service lines offered by RiteSociety.
16. Instrumental in understanding the client requirement and providing solution (in consultation of Line Manager)
17. Recruitment of skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled manpower where ever required.
18. Exploring cost effective avenues to brand promotion.
19. Cross selling of products promoted by RiteSociety
20. Liasioning with the accountant and Auditor.
