Content & Growth Marketer (Social Media & UGC)

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content & Growth Marketer to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple brands.

This is not a traditional social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, generate original content ideas, understand current trends, and create engaging content that drives real growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in App Marketing, UGC campaigns, video editing, and content planning.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media for multiple businesses

• Plan monthly content calendars

• Create content ideas for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

• Produce engaging Reels and short-form videos

• Edit videos for social media platforms

• Execute UGC marketing campaigns

• Support app marketing initiatives

• Monitor analytics and improve content performance

• Research trends and implement creative marketing ideas

• Collaborate with designers and founders on campaigns
