  Job Summary

  We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and performance-driven AI Marketing & Growth Specialist who can create engaging content, manage social media, run digital marketing campaigns, and leverage AI tools to grow a premium luxury brand. The candidate will work directly with the founders and contribute to brand building and business growth.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Create Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels, and short-form videos.

  • Use AI tools to generate content, creatives, scripts, captions, and campaign ideas.

  • Design marketing creatives using Canva and Adobe tools.

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

  • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

  • Coordinate website updates, SEO improvements, and product listings.

  • Create email marketing content, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor analytics, prepare marketing reports, and research new AI tools.
