Battery Plate Burning Assembler

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Battery Plate Burning Assembler with an ITI qualification. You will fuse lead plates into groups using a torch. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and manual dexterity.

Key Responsibilities

• Align lead plates and lugs into burning combs.

• Melt lead bars using an oxy-acetylene or gas torch.

• Fuse plates securely to terminal posts and straps.

• Inspect burned joints for defects, cracks, or gaps.

• Maintain burning torches, molds, and industrial equipment.

• Follow strict chemical and hazardous material safety protocols.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Education: ITI certification in Fitter, Welder, or Electrician trades.

• Experience: 1–3 years in battery manufacturing is preferred.

• Skills: Proficient in gas welding, torch handling, and brazing.

• Physical: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

• Awareness: Strong understanding of lead safety and PPE usage.

Work Environment

• Factory floor with exposure to heat, lead, and acid.

• Mandatory use of protective gear (respirators, gloves, aprons).

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
