• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety regulations, use required PPE (safety shoes, masks, gloves), and maintain a safe working environment (good housekeeping).

• Equipment Maintenance: Keep welding machines, tools, and workshop area clean and in good working order.

• Coordination: Communicate effectively with fitters, supervisors, and other team members to meet deadlines.

• Documentation: Complete job-related documentation and close out jobs as per timelines.
