Set jobs on VMC machine as per process sheet and 2D drawing
Load and set cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and workpieces
Set machine zero, tool offsets, and work offsets
Perform first piece setting and approval
Check dimensions using measuring instruments
Ensure correct clamping and alignment of component
Run machine for trial and support operator during production
Adjust offsets as required during machining
Maintain productivity and reduce setting time
Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards
Coordinate with programmer, supervisor, and quality department
Maintain machine and tooling in proper condition
