VMC Operator – Mitsubishi Control | Tool Room Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate VMC machines with Mitsubishi Control system.

• Perform machining operations as per drawing and production requirements.

• Set tools, offsets, and work coordinates on VMC machine.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.

• Perform drilling, milling, tapping, and finishing operations.

• Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

• Ensure quality of machined components as per specifications.

• Handle Tool Room jobs, fixtures, and precision components.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S & safety practices.

• Report machine abnormalities or breakdowns to supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Mitsubishi VMC Control.

• Experience in Tool Room machining work.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments.

• Good machine handling and troubleshooting skills.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
