Major responsibilities:

• Daily downloading the tenders from portal and sending to Senior Project

• Coordinator with Director and Tender Head, as well as keeping the records computerized.

• Handle all tender portals / sites of the Government (GEMS, IRPS & others)

• Preparation of tender documents as per tender requirements.

• Prepare technical proposals, including equipment specifications, design considerations, and engineering solutions, in alignment with project requirements and client preferences.

• Reading the tender documents, as well as following the relevant procedures of tender compliance.

• Daily checking the status of submitted Tenders, bid query on portals per tender.

• Evaluating tender document, scope of work, project terms & conditions and other contract documents, pre tender and post tender clarification with client.

• Review project specifications, technical drawings, and other documentation to understand the scope of work, technical requirements, and client expectations.

• Develop commercial bids, considering cost factors, profit margins, and market conditions, while ensuring competitiveness and profitability for the company.

• Identify potential risks associated with the project, such as technical challenges, supply chain disruptions, and contractual issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including technical specifications, commercial terms, project schedules, and compliance matrices, adhering to tendering guidelines and regulations.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
