Techinical Service Manager

• Lead and manage a team of field and workshop technicians, setting performance standards and accountability frameworks.

• Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.

• Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.

• Oversee all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities and equipment.

• Ensure rigorous inspection protocols are followed for all machinery, installations, and project deliverables.

• Manage end-to-end installation of mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance and quality benchmarks.

• Act as an escalation point for customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels are maintained.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Hands-on experience applying TQM and TPM methodologies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
