Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.

• Coordinate with the engineering, production, and service teams for project execution.

• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales orders.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical and sales aptitude.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
