TM/Line Incharge-Frame Assembly Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of frame assembly department and will report to Section Head- Frame Assembly Your role will be Management of daily work management of vehicle assembly to achieve section performance parameters through SDCA & PDCA approach. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. • Achieve daily shift Production Target through hourly production monitoring, man management and team skill planning. 2. • Improve Product Quality by strengthening of DWM activities(FTR & MI Pass) 3. • Achieve Cost targets on shift basis(Rejection Cost) 4. • Improve Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM activities on line 5. • (JH circle Score) 6. • To improve and Sustain good relations with Team Members and ensure safe work Environment on line A Day in the life Management of daily work management of vehicle assembly to achieve section performance parameters through SDCA & PDCA approach. Academic Qualification & Experience B.Tech. /B.E in Mechanical Engineering Total – 4 - 10 Years’ experience Technical Skills/Knowledge  Domain Knowledge of Frame Assembly process.  Workforce Management  Well Familiar with Mfg Industry Safety rules and Regulations.  Good exposure of TPM, IMS,JIT,MOST.  Problem solving Approach. Well familiar with Industry Best Practices.
