Key Responsibilities

1. Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate with the HR team for further processing.

2. Shortlist suitable candidates, coordinate with clients, and ensure successful candidate joining.

3. Achieve monthly candidate joining targets and fulfill manpower requirements.

4. Complete candidate joining and onboarding formalities.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records.

6. Supervise trainees and address salary, overtime, and other employee-related concerns.

7. Generate candidate references through existing trainees.

8. Assist migrant candidates in finding suitable accommodation near the job location.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.

- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in manpower handling, supervision, recruitment, or a similar field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

- Candidate must own a two-wheeler/bike.

- Candidate must have access to a laptop or personal computer.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
