Job Description – Store In-charge

Position Details
Position Title: Store In-charge
Department: Store & Inventory
Reporting To: Director / (Floor In-charge)
Location: BSWPL Plant, Jaipur
Level: Level–1

Purpose of the Position
To manage and control all store activities including raw material, finished goods, scrap, tools, and consumables. Ensure accurate stock keeping, timely issue of materials, and safe storage for production, dispatch and operations. (Hardware items)

Personal Profile

·            Graduate / Diploma in supply chain or material

·            2–3 years of experience in stores or inventory management in manufacturing industry

·         Strong knowledge of store systems, GRN, and stock keeping

·         Good command of MS Excel / ERP system

·         Team leadership and communication skills

·         Awareness of 5S and safety practices

Key Responsibilities & Measures

·         Supervise overall store operations.

·         Maintain daily inward and outward records.

·         Monitor stock levels and reorder when required.

·         Ensure proper stacking and labeling of all materials.

·         Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch.

·         Maintain GRN, issue slips, and stock registers.

·         Conduct fortnightly physical stock verification.

·         Implement 5S and maintain clean, safe store area.

·         Support internal audits and stock reconciliations.

·         Guide and check work of all store team members (FG, RM, Scrap, Tools, and Consumables).

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
