Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery. The candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production processes
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) before production
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Maintain production records and reports
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma (preferred)
Proven experience as a Machine Operator (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes
Ability to read and understand instructions/manuals
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina and ability to work in shifts

Working Conditions:

8–9 hours shift (rotational if required)
Manufacturing/plant environment
