Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and inventory activities.
Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity, quality, and specifications against purchase orders/invoices.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and stock records.
Issue materials to departments/sites as per authorized requisitions.
Maintain accurate records of stock inward, outward, and closing balance.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and stacking of materials.
Maintain records of damaged, rejected, excess, and obsolete materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, Projects, and Site Teams for material requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for material movement.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Monitor material wastage, shortages, and unauthorized usage.
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.
Support stock audits and internal/external inspections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
Basic knowledge of ERP/software, MS Excel, and inventory systems.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain accurate stock registers.
Good communication and coordination skills.
