Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management We are seeking a TIBCO and Kafka Admin professional with strong handson experience in TIBCO and Kafka Admin The role is aligned to System Management and is responsible for installation configuration administration monitoring maintenance and support of the relevant technology environment Key responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests performing rootcause analysis implementing approved changes conducting health checks maintaining availability and performance and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards The candidate will create and maintain technical documentation standard operating procedures runbooks knowledge articles reports and operational dashboards The role requires collaboration with infrastructure application security servicemanagement and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver reliable services The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills clear written and verbal communication ownership of assigned activities attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work within agreed service levels Experience with automation continuous improvement capacity planning patching upgrades backup and recovery audit support and operational risk management is desirable The candidate should be able to work independently as well as within a team participate in technical reviews share knowledge identify recurring issues recommend preventive actions and support a stable and efficient technology environment
