VMC Operator – Job Opening

Position: VMC Operator
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Relevant Trade
Location: Katathur Pirivu - Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and set up VMC machines as per production requirements.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Perform tool setting, tool offset, and basic machine adjustments.

• Load/unload components and monitor machining operations.

• Inspect components using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.

• Maintain required dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and 5S practices.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of VMC machine operation.

• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens is preferred.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic GD&T.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.

Salary: ₹ 17500 to 25000 per month
Shift: Rotational
Joining: Immediate
