Requirement for Quality Manager

Post :Quality Manager

Location :Old faridabad

salary -20k to 30k,

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.

• Handle new part development and ensure quality requirements are achieved from development through production.

• Coordinate and manage customer and internal audits, including preparation, compliance, and closure of audit findings.

• Prepare, review, and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation as per customer requirements.

• Monitor and improve quality performance, including rejection, rework, customer complaints, PPM, and other quality KPIs.

• Establish and monitor quality standards, procedures, inspection plans, and control systems.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.

• Lead root-cause analysis, CAPA, 8D, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable customer specifications, quality systems, and statutory requirements.

• Prepare and present periodic quality performance reports to management and drive improvement initiatives.
