Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team at River Engineering Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Inspection and Testing:

 • Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of incoming electrical components and materials.

•  Verify that all incoming goods match the purchase order specifications and approved technical drawings.

Documentation and Reporting:

 • Accurately document inspection results, test data, and any non-conformities in the quality management system.

 • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records of all quality control activities.

 • Generate and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for rejected materials and communicate these to the procurement and engineering departments.

Collaboration and Communication:

 • Liaise with the supplier quality engineering team to address and resolve any quality issues with incoming materials.

• Participate in the review and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

 • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Quality Standards: Familiarity with national and international quality standards such as ISO 9001.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: The capability to identify quality issues and contribute to finding effective solutions.

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with Quality Management System (QMS) software is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
