Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Shri Maruti Udyog. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20400 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job description:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering.

  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance within injection moulding.

  • Exposure to automotive or precision engineering industries is preferred.

  • Understanding of IATF 16949 standards and automotive quality systems.

  • Maintain records in line with IATF 16949 requirements (Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions). Use of Base Quality Tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and daily reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities: Line Quality Monitoring / Inward Inspection / Outward Inspection.

  • Work Experience in Sheet Metal or Plastic Injection moulding related to the Automobile Industry.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma or an Engineer in Mechanical or Plastic Moulding Industries,  and 3 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
