Job Description – Quality Control Engineer
Position: Quality Control Engineer
Location: Khandala, Shirwal, Maharashtra
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Shift: 12 Hrs
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, testing, documentation, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and finished products.
Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Identify quality issues and report non-conformities to the concerned department.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
