Quality Control Engineer

1. The prime responsibility of the supervisor in final inspection department is to

see that not a single job having any type of defect is passed.

2. Inward material received are to be checked by Supervisor visually &

dimensionally for any defects by the inspector & he should make incoming inspection report as per as PDIR.

3. Inspection of Dimensions with attribute gauge ,Instruments & visual inspection

for any damages in the shift

4. He should take reference of the Part drawings, & illustrations displayed on the

units and work smoothly.

5. Responsible for line inspection hourly and authorise to stop the production

while NC occuring.

6. Supervisor shall report to the Manager Q.A.

7. responsible for maintaining the quality record and documents in the shift.

8. responsible for 4M activity.

9. To take the production from QA helper of final inspection.

10. responsible for First Piece or setup approval.

11. Authorise to plan the QA helper & their leaves with the help of QA manager.

12. Co-ordinate with production superviser for CAPA for Inhouse

rejection/Rework.

13. Responsible for quality product with all records and documents preparation in

their shift.

14. Responsible for damages or lost of Gauges and instruments.
