Standards & Compliance: Develop and update quality control systems, manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), and conduct internal audits based on ISO requirements.
Testing & Inspection: Monitor production cycles, test raw materials and finished goods, and perform process capability studies.
Problem Solving & Analysis: Lead root cause analysis using tools like FMEA, 8Ds, and fishbone diagrams when defects happen.
Reporting & Corrective Action: Write reports on malfunctions, track quality metrics, and document corrective actions.
Supplier & Customer Collaboration: Inspect incoming parts from the supply chain and manage customer complaints or returns
