Position :- Quality Executive

Job Type:- Full Time

Salary :- Rs.15000 To Rs.30000 Per Month

Location :- Khopoli

Job Summary:

The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in quality assurance and control, who can contribute to maintaining and improving product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance and Control:

• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

• Conduct regular inspections, tests, and evaluations of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Monitor and report on quality performance, identifying and addressing non-conformities.

• Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement process improvements.

• Analyze quality data and recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including test results, inspection records, and reports.

• Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key quality metrics and trends.

• Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

• Training and Development:

• Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and best practices.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and quality management techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B-Tech In metallurgy or Mechanical,

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in the Steel or wire manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
