Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to ensure product quality standards in our plant grow light manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, testing, documentation, and maintaining quality standards for LED grow lights and related electrical components.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Incoming, in-process & final quality inspection

• Testing of LED grow lights and drivers

• Checking wiring, assembly & packaging quality

• Maintaining quality reports & inspection records

• Identifying defects and coordinating corrective actions

• Monitoring production quality standards

• Supporting root cause analysis for rejections

• Maintaining testing instruments and SOP compliance

• Coordination with Production, Purchase & Store departments

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance

• Basic understanding of LED & electrical products

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Basic MS Excel knowledge

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
