Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control & Testing ( SANITARY PADS )

• Conduct daily In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC) on the production line to monitor weight, thickness, length, and width of pads.

• Perform specialized lab tests: Absorbency Rate testing, Strike-through time, Rewet tests, and Adhesive (peel strength) tests.

• Monitor the SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) ratio and distribution within the core.

2. Raw Material Inspection

• Inspect incoming raw materials (Pulp, SAP, Non-woven fabric, PE film, release paper) against approved COA (Certificate of Analysis).

• Maintain a "Rejection Log" for non-compliant materials and coordinate with procurement.

3. Hygiene & Compliance

• Ensure the production area maintains strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene protocols (hairnets, gloves, sanitized environment).

• Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO 9001 and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) audits.

• Oversee the microbial testing process for finished batches.

4. Team Leadership & Documentation

• Supervise and train junior quality inspectors on the shop floor.

• Prepare daily/monthly quality MIS reports for management.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any customer complaints or batch failures and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
