Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at null. The role check pp woven fabric quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Test all incoming PP woven fabric for tensile strength and elongation Each Purchase Lot 100% lots tested

2 Inspect incoming PP woven fabric for weaving defects Each Purchase Lot Zero defective lots accepted

3 Perform ash content and strength test from two rolls per lot Each Purchase Lot Test report maintained

4 Verify width and GSM as per purchase order Each Purchase Lot Within specification

5 Conduct random bond strength testing of laminated rolls As Required Bond strength within standard

6 Check stitching quality and handle strength Multiple Times Daily Rejection <1%

7 Inspect print quality, colour matching and registration Multiple Times Daily Zero major print defects

8 Verify bag dimensions and weight Multiple Times Daily Within customer specifications

9 Perform drop test of PP/BOPP finished bags As Required Pass drop test

10 Inspect lamination quality for wrinkles, pinholes and delamination Multiple Times Daily Zero critical defects

11 Segregate and identify rejected material As Required 100% traceability

12 Customer complaint investigation and customer visits As Required Complaint closure within target

13 Handle Dispatch/Unloading Supervisor responsibilities when absent As Required Smooth material movement

14 Coordinate corrective actions with production team As Required Timely CAPA closure

15 Maintain incoming, in-process and final inspection reports Daily 100% records updated

16 Prepare daily rejection and quality performance reports Daily Daily report submission

17 Maintain sample retention and traceability records Daily 100% traceability

18 Monitor calibration status of testing instruments Monthly Calibration compliance 100%

19 Participate in internal and external audits As Scheduled Zero major NC

20 Support ISO 9001, BRCGS and 5S activities Continuous Compliance maintained

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
