● Monitoring all QA activities, test results, defect analysis, and root cause analysis.
● Identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary process enhancements.
● Focusing on field rejection and customer complaints – Analysis, Root Cause, Corrective Action, Implementation, Monitoring, and Result.
● New model process development: Control Plan, PFMEA, QAP.
● Special focus on APQP activities for new development.
● Handling Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) and ensuring compliance.
● Responsible for 4M Change Management (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
● Coordinating and representing the company during customer audits.
● In-process quality control at all stages of production.
● Preparing for and facilitating Certification Audits.
