We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Hi -tech Information Fast Service. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

• : Junior Purchase Engineer / Executive – Purchase

• Department: Supply Chain / Procurement

• Experience Required: 0 to 3 years (Freshers to Junior-level)

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or SCM.

• Sourcing & RFQs: Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with clear technical specifications to approved vendors.

• Bid Evaluation: Analyze supplier quotations, perform cost and technical comparisons, and create bid comparison sheets or summaries.

• Purchase Orders (POs): Generate, process, and track purchase orders while ensuring proper internal documentation and approvals.

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding technical clarifications, pricing, lead times, and sample submissions.

• Delivery & Inventory Tracking: Follow up with vendors to guarantee on-time delivery and monitor basic stock levels or critical material availability.

• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date procurement records, vendor databases, and tracking reports using MS Excel and ERP software.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
