Key Responsibilities:

• The primary duties of a Purchase Executive are to ensure smooth operations and support business objectives: 

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Negotiation & Contracts:

  Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure the best value for the company.

  Order Management: 

  Create and process purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and manage any issues with non-supplied, damaged, or incorrect goods.

  Cost Analysis & Budgeting: 

  ·Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure purchases align with established budgets.

  Inventory Control: 

  ·Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with warehouse or production teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

  Quality & Compliance: 

  Ensure all procured goods and services meet quality standards and comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Electronics and 1 - 2 years of experience in LED manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
