Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage the production and assembly of dental chairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the complete production and assembly process of dental chairs.

• Manage and guide the production team for smooth daily operations.

• Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.

• Check product quality and maintain required quality standards.

• Handle customer-related production requirements and coordinate accordingly.

• Manage material flow and ensure timely availability of required components.

• Coordinate with different teams to avoid production delays.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and proper workflow on the shop floor.

• Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

6+ years of experience in Production Supervision, preferably with Army/Armed Forces experience or a reputed manufacturing company background.
