Fabrication PPC Planner – Piping

Production Planning and Control

Main Responsibilities:

Plan daily and weekly piping production work.

Prepare production schedule as per customer PO and delivery date.

Check drawing, BOM, and material availability before starting work.

Coordinate with Purchase for pending raw materials.

Issue work orders to the production team.

Follow up with fabrication, welding, machining, painting, and dispatch teams.

Update daily production status in Excel.

Monitor production progress and ensure on-time completion.

Inform management about delays or material shortages.

Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection and testing.

Maintain production planning records and reports.

Support a smooth workflow between all departments.

Reporting To: Plant Head

Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience: 2–5 years in Fabrication, Piping, or Production Planning (PPC).

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
