Production Manager

# Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower handling, quality coordination, and dispatch schedules. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.

## Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.

• Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.

• Coordinate with purchase, quality, maintenance, and dispatch departments.

• Maintain production records, reports, and inventory tracking.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

• Reduce production downtime and improve productivity.

• Handle shop floor operations and resolve production-related issues.

• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.

• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.

• Implement continuous improvement practices in manufacturing processes.

## Required Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

• Additional production/manufacturing certifications will be preferred.

## Experience

Minimum •2-3 years•• experience in manufacturing or production management.

• Experience in radiator, fabrication, sheet metal, or engineering industries preferred.

## Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male

• Age: 25 to 32 years

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of production planning and shop floor management.

• Basic knowledge of ERP or production reporting systems preferred.

• Ability to handle manpower and meet production deadlines efficiently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
