The role involves managing production operations, coordinating manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and leading teams on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
• Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams
• Manage manpower, production schedules, and workflow efficiency
• Monitor inventory, machinery, and production resources
• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Ensure workplace safety and quality procedures are followed
• Support process improvements and optimize production output

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in furniture manufacturing or a related industry
