Production Manager

Plant Operations & Production Leadership

• Lead and manage complete plant manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, and final inspection.

• Develop and implement long-term production strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.

• Drive operational excellence across AHU and ducting manufacturing lines.

• Ensure plant productivity targets and on-time project delivery.

Production Planning & Capacity Management

• Establish production planning systems including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

• Monitor production KPIs including output, efficiency, machine utilization, rejection rates, and downtime.

• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency.

Manufacturing Process Optimization

• Optimize manufacturing workflows for sheet metal fabrication, AHU assembly, and HVAC component production.

• Implement process automation, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and plant utilities.

• Ensure high reliability of fabrication machinery, sheet metal lines, and assembly stations.

• Manage equipment lifecycle and capital expenditure planning for plant upgrades.

Quality Management & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality management systems and HVAC industry standards.

• Implement process quality control, product inspection protocols, and continuous quality improvement programs.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Cost Control & Budget Management

• Manage manufacturing budgets, operational expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Drive cost efficiency in raw materials, manpower utilization, and production processes.

• Support leadership in achieving profitability and operational performance targets.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead and develop production engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor teams.

• Establish performance management systems and workforce development programs.

• Foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, and project management teams.

• Support new product development and manufacturing feasibility analysis.

• Ensure alignment between sales commitments, project timelines, and production schedules.
