Responsibilities
Prepare daily production schedule.
Convert monthly plan into machine-wise daily targets.
Allocate manpower machine-wise.
Monitor:
5 Ply Machine
Chaina/Emba
Rotary
Punching
Pasting
Side Pasting
Other production lines
Monitor hourly production.
Monitor machine speed and output.
Control changeover time.
Reduce production losses.
Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
Coordinate with Quality for rejection.
Coordinate with Stores for RM availability.
Coordinate with Dispatch for priority orders.
Ensure WIP movement.
Ensure proper production records.
Control overtime.
Ensure operators follow SOPs.
Train operators.
Identify low-productivity employees.
