We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Glow Tech Sign And Displays. The role involves assembling products, meet production target and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Minimize worker Idle time and Maximize Production. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Maintain records of Daily Production
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Improve Production Capacity Over Time
Customer Co-ordination and Project Management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
