Job వివరణ

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer – Injection Moulding to manage and optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality standards in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle injection moulding process development, optimization & troubleshooting
✅ Improve cycle time, productivity, OEE, and reduce rejection/scrap
✅ Monitor process parameters and ensure stable production output
✅ Conduct trials, validation studies, and support new product development
✅ Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Train and guide operators, technicians, and shift teams
✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams

Requirements:

🔹 Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Plastic Engineering
🔹 CIPET qualification preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, materials & tooling
🔹 Experience with PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, SPC, TPM & Lean Manufacturing
🔹 Hands-on experience in plastic/injection moulding process optimization
