Humein apni garment manufacturing unit ke liye ek highly experienced aur skilled Production Manager ki zaroorat hai, jise apparel/garment industry ka deep knowledge ho. Candidate ko fabric cutting, pattern/sizing, average calculation, aur sampling process me complete expertise honi chahiye.

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)

• Fabric Cutting & Planning:

  • Master cutting aur fabric utilization ko closely supervise karna taaki fabric waste minimum ho.

  • Marker planning aur lay cutting ko accurately manage aur review karna.

• Sizing & Measurement:

  • Diverse garment sizes, grading, aur fitting accuracy ka thorough knowledge rakhna.

  • Quality standards ke hisaab se correct spec sheets aur measurement charts follow karwana.

• Average & Costing Calculation:

  • Per-garment fabric consumption (average calculation) accurately nikalna.

  • Fabric wastage ko control karna aur cost-effective production methods implement karna.

• Sampling & Quality Control:

  • Proto samples, fit samples, aur TOP (Top of Production) samples ki execution ko end-to-end handle karna.

  • Bulk production se pehle sample approval aur pattern correction coordinate karna.

• Production & Floor Management:

  • Daily production targets, line balancing, aur delivery deadlines monitor karna.

  • Tailors, cutters, aur quality checkers ki team ko efficiently manage karna.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ saal ka experience Garment Manufacturing / Apparel Export House me as a Production Manager / Floor In-charge.

• Technical Expertise: Fabric cutting, pattern grading, sizing, average estimation, aur sampling process ka A-to-Z expert knowledge.

• Fabric Knowledge: Woven, knit, denim, aur synthetic fabrics ki thorough understanding.

• Skills: Strong team management, problem-solving abilities, aur time management skills.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
