Receiving Supervisor ka mukhya kaam fabric aur finished garments ki receiving, counting, verification aur record maintenance karna hoga. Candidate ko store, cutting department aur finishing department ke beech proper coordination rakhna hoga aur daily inventory reports maintain karni hongi.

Key Responsibilities1. Fabric Return Management

• Store se Cutting Department ko issue kiye gaye fabric ka proper record maintain karna.

• Cutting ke baad bacha hua fabric (balance fabric) physically count karna.

• Bache hue fabric ko verify karke store mein proper entry ke saath wapas jama karwana.

• Fabric issue aur fabric return ka accurate record maintain karna.

2. Finished Garment Receiving

• Bahar se stitching ke baad aane wale garments ki quantity counting aur verification karna.

• Production challan ke saath received quantity match karna.

• Count verify hone ke baad garments ko Finishing Department ko handover karna.

• Kisi bhi shortage, excess ya mismatch ki reporting karna.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Daily fabric issue, fabric return aur garment receiving reports banana.

• Kitna fabric gaya, kitna wapas aaya aur kitna consumption hua uska record maintain karna.

• Kitne garments stitching ke liye gaye aur kitne wapas receive hue uski reporting karna.

• Management ko daily/weekly inventory status report submit karna.

Required Skills

• Counting aur inventory management ki achhi understanding.

• Basic Excel aur reporting knowledge.

• Record maintenance aur documentation mein accuracy.

• Store aur production team ke saath coordination karne ki ability.

• Responsible aur detail-oriented approach.

Qualification

• 12TH Pass Out.

• Garment, Textile, Uniform Manufacturing ya Store Management ka experience preferred.

Experience

• Knowladeg in Store, Inventory, Receiving, or Production Coordination.

• Garment Manufacturing Industry experience ko preference di jayegi
