Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end security operations across multiple client sites. This role focuses on service delivery excellence, manpower management, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations across assigned sites
- Ensure deployment as per contracts
- Conduct site inspections and audits
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
2. Manpower Handling:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, deployment
- Monitor attendance and attrition
- Ensure training and discipline
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Conduct review meetings
- Handle complaints and ensure resolution
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Maintain records and documentation
5. Billing & Commercial Coordination:
- Coordinate billing and validate attendance
- Support in negotiations and renewals
6. Risk & Incident Management:
- Handle emergencies
- Conduct investigations
- Implement preventive measures
